Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 2025-09-11 · Contact: [email protected]
This Privacy Policy applies to OnOn Pocket (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a decentralized Web3 digital asset wallet application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and data security. Please read the following carefully to understand how we handle your information.
1. Who We Are
Biton Limited is the developer and operator of this App.
Contact Email: [email protected]
Official Website: https://yourwallet.com
⚠️ This App is a non-custodial, decentralized wallet. You have full control over your digital assets and cryptographic keys. We do not store, access, or control your private keys, recovery phrases, or cryptocurrency assets.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following sensitive information:
- Your private key
- Your recovery phrase (mnemonic)
- Your wallet password
- The content of your on-chain transactions (e.g., transfer amounts, recipient addresses)
All of the above data is stored exclusively on your local device and is never uploaded to any server.
3. Information We May Access (Only for Essential Functionality)
While we do not actively collect user data, the App may temporarily access or cache the following non-sensitive information to enable core features:
a. Blockchain Network Data (Publicly Available)
To display your asset balances, transaction history, and gas fees, we query public data via third-party node providers (e.g., BscScan, Infura, TronGrid):
- Wallet address
- Token balances (BNB, ETH, TRX, and their standard tokens)
- On-chain transaction history
- Block confirmation status
🔍 This data is publicly available on the blockchain and can be accessed globally without requiring user authorization.
b. Data Related to DApp Browser Usage
When you use the built-in DApp browser to access decentralized applications:
- Browsing history URLs are temporarily cached on your local device
- No browsing behavior is recorded or shared with third parties
- All transaction requests are signed locally on your device and broadcast directly to the blockchain—never passing through our servers
🧭 Example: When accessing Uniswap or PancakeSwap, price and liquidity data are provided directly by those platforms.
c. Identity Verification Data for Chat Functionality
The App supports a wallet-based identity verification chat system for adding contacts, creating groups, and sending messages.
How it works:
- You can verify ownership of a wallet address through a cryptographic signature
- The system generates an anonymous ID linked to your wallet (no phone number or email required)
- Contact lists, group memberships, and message content are synchronized between devices using end-to-end encryption (E2EE)
🔐 All chat data is stored only on users' local devices and is not uploaded to any central server. When you delete a contact or leave a group, related records are removed locally.
4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We use the following trusted third-party services to improve performance and user experience:
Service Type | Example Providers | Purpose |
---|---|---|
Blockchain Node API | Infura, Alchemy, BscScan, TronGrid | Query balances and broadcast transactions |
Analytics Tools | Firebase Analytics, Sentry | Collect crash logs and app usage statistics (no personally identifiable information) |
❗ All third-party services comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations. We do not sell, rent, or share your wallet address for advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Sensitive data (private keys, recovery phrases) is encrypted and stored at the device level (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
- No cloud backup feature is provided (to avoid single points of failure). Recovery relies solely on the user securely storing their recovery phrase
- No remote data synchronization unless the user manually backs up files using iCloud or Google Drive
🔒 Security Reminder: Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. Losing your recovery phrase will result in permanent loss of access to your assets.
6. User Rights
As a user, you have the following rights:
- View, edit, or delete local chat history
- Clear browser cache
- Disable analytics and push notifications
- Completely uninstall the app to remove all data
We do not have a user account system, so there is no "account deletion" function. However, you may terminate the service at any time by uninstalling the App.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notices or email. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to this Privacy Policy or the use of the App shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such disputes cannot be settled amicably, they shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties.
